Ingredients :
1. 1/2 cup Mussles
2. 1/2 cup tempura flour (แป้งทอดกรอบ)
3. 2 Tbsp corn flour
4. 1/2 cup water
5. 1/2 tsp soy sauce
6. 1 egg.
7. 2 Tbsp of oil
8. 1 cup beensprouts.
9. A pinch of garlic powder.
10. 1 green onion cut to 2 inch long pieces.
Directions :
Mix tempura flour, corn flour, water, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
Add mussles and set aside.
In a pan add oil on medium heat. Add mussles mixer. Spread it over the pan and add egg.
Cook both sides until golden brown and crispy (use spatula to cut it to small pieces)
Set cooked mussle on one side of the pan. Add beensprouts and green onion. Turn stove off.
Serve cooked mussle over beensprouts. Sprinkle with pepper (white or black).
Serve with hot and sweet sauce on the side. Enjoy!
Mussles Sauce :
2 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp Sweet chili sauce
1 tsp vinegar
- Mix all ingredients.
- Serving for 1
