Winged bean salad (Yum - tua - poo) ยำถั่วพู

   I went to a Vietnamese store and got winged beans. My grandma used to grow them along the fence in Thailand.



Ingredients :
1. 2 cups cut Winged beans. 
2. 1/4 cup cooked ground pork.
3. 1/4 lb cooked shrimp.
4. 1 Tbsp. sugar
5. 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
6. 3 Tbsp. lime juice
7. 1 Tbsp. roasted chili paste
8. 1/4 cup evaporated milk
9. 2 Tbsp. shallots, sliced to pieces
10. 1 tsp. chopped garlic
11. 1 tsp. chopped Thai chili pepper
12. 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions :
1. Blanch whole winged beans in boiling water and put in ice water to stop the cooking, then cut into small pieces. Set aside.
2. In a big bowl mix all ingredients until well combined then serve. Enjoy!
