Pad See-Eaw (ผัดซีอิ้ว)

Hello everyone,
 This recipe is one of my favorite noodle dishes. If you like spicy put some roasted chili pepper powder on top. Yum.

Ingredients :
1. 1/4 pound of flat rice noodles.
2. 2 cups of Chinese broccoli
3. 1/4 pound thin slices of pork or beef or chicken (or shrimp).
4. 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
5. 1 clove of chopped garlic
6. 1 tsp of sugar
7. 1 tsp of fish sauce (can be substitude with soy sauce).
8. 1 Tbsp of veg.oil
9. A pinch of white pepper powder.
10. 1-2 eggs.

Directions :
1. Put oil in a wok or big pan, add meat and garlic, and cook until half done.
2. Add noodles and chinese broccoli, cook for 1 minute with medium high heat.
3. Add soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce and stir until combined. Set on the side of the pan.
4. Add egg to the other side of the pan and cook until egg is cooked.
5. Mix them all together and serve by sprinkling pepper powder on top. Enjoy!
 Serving for 2.
