Sour mustard green soup (ต้มผักกาดดองกระดูกหมู)

Hello everyone,
I'm posting this recipe that my grandma used to cook for me when I was a kid.



Ingredients :
1. 1 pound of pork spare rib cut to bite size.
 2. 1 pack of sour mustard greens.
3. 1/2 gallon of water
4. 1 Tbsp chicken seasoning (Knorr)
5. 1 Tbsp soy sauce
6.  A pinch of black pepper
7. 3 cloves of smashed garlic.

 Directions :
1. Cut sour mustard greens to bite size and wash with warm water a few times and squeeze the water out.
2. Put water in a pot. Bring to a boil.
3. Add all ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes untill pork is tender.
4. Serve with white rice. Enjoy!.
