This baked Crispy pork recipe is easy to make. Normally we boil pork first and fry it.
In Thailand we eat crispy pork with dipping sauce or stir fry in different dishes.
Ingredients :
2 pounds of Pork belly (skin on).
1 Tbsp of salt
Directions :
1. Score pork skin any way you like.
2. Rub with salt at let it sit for 1 hour.
3. Use paper towel to pat dry.
4. Put in 350 degree oven with skin side down, bake for 1 hour.
5. Flip to skin side up put in boiler for 10 minutes on high.
6. Let it cool down and cut into pieces.
7. Serve with dipping sauce or put in other dishes.
