Kaow-Kha-Moo ( ข้าวขาหมู)

Crock pot Stewed pork (Kaow-kha-moo) ข้าวขาหมู 

For dinner tonight. I put all ingredients in the crock pot and forget about it. Taste authentic just like home but easier.



Ingredients :
1. Fresh pork shoulder (bone in skin on}
2. 3 Tbsp of palm sugar.
3. 2 Tbsp black soy sauce.
4. 1 Tbsp seasoning sauce.
5. 1 Tbsp of salt.
6. 1 tsp of whole peppercorn.
7. 1 Tbsp Chinese five spice.
8. 2 cinnamon sticks
9. 4 star anise.
10. 1 bunch of cilantro bouquet.
11. 1/2 liter of water.
12. Chinese broccoli
13 . 1 Tbsp of ovaltine {optional}.
Directions :
Put everything in the crock pot except Chinese broccoli. Set on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Serve over cooked white rice with cook Chinese broccoli and vinegar chili pepper sauce on the side. Enjoy!
