This dish is vegetarian. It's very simple and tasty. Serve with white rice.
I like to cook this dish when I don't have much time.
Ingredients :
1. 1 pound of thinly sliced green cabbage.
2. 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
3. 2 Tbsp of soy sauce.
4. 1 Tbsp of chopped garlic.
5. 1 Tbsp of oil.
6. 1 Tbsp of black soy sauce.
7. 1/2 tsp of sesame oil.
8. 1/2 tsp sugar.
Directions :
1. Put oil in a pan and add chopped garlic over medium high heat.
2. Add green cabage and all ingredients, quick stir, then turn the stove off.
3. Serve with white rice.
