Crispy pork with holy basil (Pad-kra-praow-moo-krob)

Pad Krapraow Moo Krob (ผัดกระเพราหมูกรอบ)

This dish is very popular in Thailand. You can find this dish at food courts and street food vendors.



Ingredients:
1. 1 pound of crispy pork cut to bite size.
2. 1Tbsp finely chopped garlic.
3. 1 Tbsp chopped Thai chilli pepper.
4. 1 Tbsp oyster sauce.
5. 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
6. 1 tsp black soy sauce.
7. 1 tsp sugar.
8. 1 cup holy basil or sweet basil.
9. 1 Tbsp oil.
10. 1 tsp fish sauce.

Directions:
1. Put oil in a pan on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and Thai chilli pepper.
2. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, black soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar. Stir until combined.
3. Add crispy pork, quickly stir.
4. Add holy basil or sweet basil, then turn stove off.
5. Serve with white rice. Enjoy!.

Stir fried green cabbage (ผัดกะหล่ำปลี)

Hello there,

  This dish is vegetarian. It's very simple and tasty. Serve with white rice.
I like to cook this dish when I don't have much time.


Ingredients :
1. 1 pound of thinly sliced green cabbage.
2. 2 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
3. 2 Tbsp of soy sauce.
4. 1 Tbsp of chopped garlic.
5. 1 Tbsp of oil.
6. 1 Tbsp of black soy sauce.
7. 1/2 tsp of sesame oil.
8. 1/2 tsp sugar.

Directions :
1. Put oil in a pan and add chopped garlic over medium high heat.
2. Add green cabage and all ingredients, quick stir, then turn the stove off.
3. Serve with white rice.
