Spicy fried rice with shrimps. (ข้าวผัดกุ้ง)

Spicy fried rice with shrimps. (ข้าวผัดกุ้ง)


Ingredients : 

1. 1/4 lb of shrimps. 
2. 2 cups of cooked white rice. (1 day old cooked white rice)
3. 2 cups of bog choy, or Chinese broccoli.
4. 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce.
5. 1 tsp of seasoning sauce. (I used Golden Mountain brand)
6. 1 Tbsp. of roasted chili paste.
7. 1 tsp.of chopped garlic.
8. 1 Tbsp. of oil.


Directions : 
1. Put oil in a pan with medium heat add garlic and shrimps. Stir for a few minutes until shrimps are half way cooked. 
2. Add all the other ingredients, stir until combine, and vegetable is cooked for a few more minutes then turn stove off. 
3. Serve with sliced cucumber and a wedge of lime. Enjoy
